The first Century 2000 built at the Kersey plant in Bluefield, Virginia for Albany, New York. The front doors adorned with the city's Tricentennial emblem, the apparatus was powered by a 6V Detriot Diesel, coupled to an Allison automatic transmission, powering a 1500 GPM American LaFrance TwinFlow pump and carried 500 gallons of water.
